About the Parish

The Council has powers laid out in the Local Government Act 1972 and other legislation. There are many services that parish councils may provide but Weston Turville Parish Council is currently responsible for maintaining and providing the following services:

Village hall
Recreation Ground
Cutting of grass verges in 30mph areas
Street lights within the village
Litter and dog bins
Street furniture - bus shelters, benches, noticeboards
