Wildflower Competition Success

Congratulations to George Lait and Susie Wells who have been successful in the Wild Aylesbury Vale competition for their beautiful wildflower beds that they have planted and worked so hard on around the village.

The beds are looking fantastic and can be found at the following locations:

• junction of: Bates Lane / Main Street
• opposite the Chandos
• near the War memorial
• junction of Church Lane / Worlds End Lane

They have also been assisted recently by the Red Kites Explorer Scouts who have planted the bank at Church Lane with cowslips and primroses which should look beautiful next spring.
