Funding For Home Energy Improvements

You can use the Find an energy certificate - GOV.UK to check your property’s energy efficiency rating and obtain a new certificate if you don’t already have one. The EPC provides an assessment of your property’s energy performance, including its energy efficiency and carbon emissions. Many funding programs and grants for energy improvements require an up-to-date EPC as part of their application process. To access the register, simply visit the official EPC Register website, search for your property using your address, and download the certificate if it’s available. If your property doesn’t have a valid EPC, you can arrange for an accredited assessor to conduct an inspection and issue a new certificate.
